Jetstar Pacific is a representative of the Jetstar Group in Vietnam and in other destinations covered within our network.
Jetstar Pacific is the only low cost, value-based airline in Vietnam. It was transformed from Pacific Airlines to Jetstar Pacific on 23 May 2008 under the Business Services Agreement (BSA) and the Branding Agreement (BA) between Pacific Airlines and Jetstar Airways (Australia).

Our shareholders are State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC), Qantas Group, Saigon Tourist and Mr. Luong Hoai Nam (CEO of Jetstar Pacific).

Our Management Team
Our Management team consists of highly experienced senior airline professionals, including several former Qantas Group and Jetstar Airways (Australia) Executives. All members of the team are very experienced in their respective areas and are committed to delivering world-class quality and the highest professional standards.

Our Fleet
Jetstar Pacific’s flight network is constantly growing. To serve our passengers with the best service possible, Jetstar Pacific has incorporated the Airbus A320 aircraft – a new generation aircraft with the widest cabin of any single-aisle aircrafts and equipped with comfortable leather seats. The Airbus A320 is a proven and reliable aircraft with low operating costs, i.e. the advanced technology, the lowest fuel burn, emissions and noise footprints in its class – this means more savings for our customers – YOU.

Our Crew
Jetstar Pacific’s pilots are first class and come from over the world. Our Vietnamese flight attendants are warm, friendly and extremely attentive. Our technical & maintenance staff consists of mainly foreigners with many years of previous experience in airlines located in Australia and Europe. All our staff receive professional training on a regular basis.

Our society activities
At Jetstar, we are concerned about the issue of climate change and are committed to actively managing our operations and growth in an environmentally sustainable manner. Consequently, we have developed a Carbon Offset Program for reducing greenhouse gas emissions on the environment. This program aims to offer you - Jetstar Pacific passengers - the opportunity to donate a small amount for offsetting your share of the greenhouse gas emissions caused by your flight(s).

Growing network and fleet
From 2008, Jetstar Pacific will expand its network with more domestic and international flights into South East Asia. In six coming years, our fleet will grow up to 30 Airbus aircrafts. In 2014 Jetstar Pacific’s network will cover most countries in Asia.
